We are not a big company and can't guarantee that we will always have someone available to take your call and would recommend that, rather than phone us, you use the contact form, or Skype us, in the first instance, as we check messages on a regular basis.
I haven't received confirmation of receipt or dispatch of my order.
An automated email is always sent to you when you place your order, confirming that we have received it. We also send an email when your order has been dispatched.
Before contacting us about non-confirmation of receipt of order or dispatch, please have a look through your spam filters and deleted items. Sometimes these can be a little too clever for their own good!
I placed an order today and need it by Friday. Please confirm that it will be received by then.
If you wish to contact us regarding expected delivery of an item, please note that, as we state at checkout, if shipping is the UK and you do not choose Express Get It Fast delivery we can't guarantee a delivery date. This is entirely dependent on the carrier. If your order is time dependent we request that you use Express Get It Fast delivery. If you choose standard delivery, we would request that you wait 10 working days before enquiring about the non-arrival of your order. We can't guarantee a delivery date for shipping to an international address.
